Every client, every conversation, one shared memory.
The Karis Consulting team’s CRM, from Kinshasa to Seattle. It tells everyone what needs their attention today.
By invitation only. An administrator creates each account.
What the CRM does today
Everything listed here exists and works. Nothing is mocked up.
My day
The first page: what is overdue or due today, your notifications, the proposals whose validity is running out.
Organisations and contacts
One record per client: company, church, school, non-profit or private individual. Every contact belongs to an organisation.
Deals
Tracked in seven stages, from “New contact” to “Won” or “Lost”. Each amount keeps its currency, US dollars or Congolese francs, never converted or added across currencies.
Exchanges
Each client’s log: calls, meetings, emails, WhatsApp messages and notes, typed in by hand.
Follow-ups and tasks
An owner and a due date. What counts as “overdue” is worked out on one time zone for the whole team.
Comments
On every record. Mention a colleague and they get a notification.
Search
One search across records, exchanges, tasks and comments. Accents and capital letters do not matter.
Activity
Who changed what, and when, on each record and across the team.
Administration
Administrators manage accounts, export data as CSV and spot clients with no exchange in twelve months.
Two roles
Everyone works on the same records. Administrators also keep the actions that cannot be undone.

- Little data about youYour name, work email, role, photo, language and the dates of your account. Nothing else.
- BackupsAn encrypted copy is scheduled every night. Restoring from one was tested before launch.
